Job Description :-

As an Inside Sales/ International BD Trainee you will turn the promise of technology into results and value for our potential customers and change the way they operate because of the work, knowledge, and capabilities, our Digital Transformation Solutions deliver. A trusted advisor you’ll help us increase revenue from the outbound and inbound channels in India and US, UK, ME and SEA geographies. You will be responsible for following up on leads, focused outbound efforts, closing potential customers/prospects for discovery meetings that, in turn, lead to business opportunities while building new and strengthening existing customer relationships. At the front end of the process, the specialist is responsible for identifying sales leads in their assigned territory then closing the deal or passing the target to the appropriate account team.  

  • If have an internship experience with lead generation and technology solution selling (Preferred) 

  • Excellent communication skills; confident and persuasive on the phone whilst talking to customers. 

  • Great sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills. 

  • Preferably an MBA or an Engineer. 

  • You are goal-oriented and highly self-motivated for success, with a proven track record of over achievement and hitting quota 

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at the Sr. level of your defined target markets 

  • Confident, hardworking, articulate
